Q: Can the employers use BusinessWorks with any TPA?

Yes. The BusinessWorks program is independent of TPA claims paying arrangements, and will not disrupt your relationship with your client.

Q: What is the role of the case manager?

• Acts as a liasion among all parties involved in the claim
• Coordinates appointments, referrals and authorizations for claimant
• Ensures appropriate medical documentation reaches you so there is no interruption of benefits

Q: How does the billing process work within the BusinessWorks program?

Participating providers will send bills for claimants directly to BusinessWorks. After bill audit and repricing, an EOB will be generated and sent to you, the TPA, for payment.
